Installation Requirements:

1. Socket wrench set
2. Screwdriver set (flathead and Phillips)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure your scooter is turned off and on a stable surface.
   • Wear safety goggles and gloves for protection.

2. Remove the Seat or Cover:

   • Use a screwdriver to remove any screws and gently take off the seat or covering to access the CVT compartment.

3. Remove the Existing Drive Belt:

   • Locate the CVT cover and unscrew it using a socket wrench.
   • Note the orientation of the existing drive belt.
   • Carefully remove the old drive belt from the pulleys.

4. Install the New CVT Drive Belt:

   • Place the new CVT drive belt into the primary and secondary pulleys as per the orientation you noted earlier.
   • Ensure the belt is seated correctly and snugly within the grooves.

5. Reassemble the CVT Cover:

   • Once the new belt is in place, reinstall the CVT cover and secure it with screws using the socket wrench.

6. Reattach the Seat or Cover:

   • Place the seat or plastic cover back onto the scooter and secure it with the screws using a screwdriver.

7. Final Checks:

   • Inspect the installation to ensure everything is tight and secure.
   • Check for any loose parts.

8. Test Ride:

   • Start your scooter and take it for a short test ride to ensure the new drive belt operates smoothly.
