Tools Needed:

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation: Ensure the scooter is on a flat surface and the engine is turned off and cool. It is recommended to wear safety gloves.

2. Remove Engine Cover: Using the socket wrench set, carefully remove the bolts securing the engine cover. Be sure to keep the bolts in a safe place.

3. Remove the Old Drive Belt: Locate the old CVT drive belt. If necessary, use the belt removal tool to loosen it from its place. Carefully take it off and dispose of it properly.

4. Clean the Area: Use a clean cloth to wipe down the area where the new belt will be installed. Ensure that there are no debris or leftover pieces from the old belt.

5. Install the New Drive Belt: Position the new 17.5 28 CVT Drive Belt onto the drive and driven pulleys. Make sure that it is seated properly and aligned according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

6. Reassemble Engine Cover: Carefully replace the engine cover and secure it with the previously removed bolts. Tighten them using the torque wrench to the specified settings.
