Product Installation Instructions for Engine Oil and Gasket Set

Installation Preparation:

Tools Required:

1. Socket wrench set
2. Torque wrench
3. Oil filter wrench
4. Screwdrivers (Phillips and flat-head)
5. Pliers
   6.Funnel
6. Engine oil container
7. Clean rags or paper towels
8. Drain pan to catch old oil
9. Gloves (optional for cleanliness)
10. Safety glasses (optional for safety)

Installation Steps:

1. Safety First:
   Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface. Engage the kickstand and if possible, use a maintenance stand for added stability.

2. Drain Old Engine Oil:

   • Place the drain pan under the oil drain plug.
   • Remove the drain plug using the socket wrench and let the old oil completely drain into the pan.
   • Once drained, replace the drain plug and tighten it.

3. Remove Old Oil Filter:

   • Use the oil filter wrench to remove the old oil filter.
   • Wipe the area where the oil filter sits with a clean rag.

4. Install New Oil Filter:

   • Before installing the new oil filter, apply a little engine oil to the rubber gasket.
   • Screw the new oil filter into place by hand until snug. Do not overtighten.

5. Add New Engine Oil:

   • Place a funnel in the oil filling hole and pour in the new engine oil as per motorcycle your's specifications.
   • Check the owner's manual for the correct oil capacity.

6. Install Gaskets:

   • Replace any gaskets included in the set. Ensure the surfaces are clean before placing the new gaskets.

7. Check for Leaks:

   • Start the motorcycle and allow it to run for a few minutes.
   • Check for any leaks around the oil filter and drain plug.

8. Dispose of Old Oil and Filter:

   • Properly dispose of the old oil and filter according to local regulations.
