Installation Steps:

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure the chainsaw is turned off and disconnected from any power source.
    • Wear safety gloves and goggles for protection.
    • Place the chainsaw on a stable, flat surface.
  2. Remove the Chainsaw Cover:

    • Use the appropriate screwdriver to remove screws securing the chainsaw cover.
    • Carefully lift and remove the cover to expose the oil pump area.
  3. Remove the Old Oil Pump:

    • Disconnect any hoses attached to the old oil pump.
    • Use a wrench to unscrew any bolts holding the oil pump in place.
    • Gently remove the old oil pump from its position.
