Product Installation Instructions for Carburetor Diaphragm Gasket Kit

Tools Required:

1. Flathead screwdriver
2. Phillips screwdriver
3. Pliers
   4.Wrench set
   5.Clean cloth or paper towels
4. Small container (to hold screws and small parts)
5. Safety gloves (optional)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the engine is turned off and completely cool.
   • Disconnect the spark plug wire for safety.

2. Remove the Carburetor:

   • Use a flathead or Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws holding the carburetor in place.
   • Carefully detach the fuel lines and other connections using pliers if necessary.
   • Place the screws and small parts in a container for safekeeping.

3. Remove Old Gasket:

   • Take out the old diaphragm gasket from the carburetor.
   • Clean the surfaces of the carburetor and the mounting area to remove any residue or debris using a clean cloth.

4. Install New Gasket:

   • Position the new diaphragm gasket in place, ensuring it fits securely into the grooves.

5. Reassemble Carburetor:

   • Reattach the carburetor by reversing the removal process.
   • Reconnect the fuel lines and ensure all connections are tight.

6. Final Checks:

   • Reinstall the screws and ensure everything is securely fastened.
   • Reconnect the spark plug wire.

7. Testing:

   • Start the engine to check for proper operation.
   • Ensure there are no fuel leaks and the engine runs smoothly.
