Product Installation Instructions for Ignition Coil Module

Tools Required:
Socket Wrench Set
(to remove and install bolts and nuts)

Torque Wrench

(for cleaning components before installation)
Installation Steps:
Preparation:
Ensure the device is off and disconnected from any power source. Wear safety gloves and glasses for protection.
Access the Ignition Coil Module:
Remove any covers or components blocking access to the ignition coil module using the appropriate screwdriver or socket wrench.
Disconnect the Old Ignition Coil:
Carefully disconnect the wiring harness from the old ignition coil. Note the position for reinstallation.
Remove the Old Ignition Coil:
Use the socket wrench to remove the bolts securing the ignition coil. Separate the old coil from the mounting bracket.
Install the New Ignition Coil:
Place the new ignition coil into position, securing it with the previously removed bolts. Make sure to tighten them to the recommended torque.
Reconnect the Wiring Harness:
Connect the wiring harness to the new ignition coil, ensuring a secure fit.
Reassemble Components:
Replace any covers or components removed to access the ignition coil module.
Final Check:
Inspect all connections and ensure everything is secure.
Testing:
Reconnect the device to the power source and start the engine to ensure proper operation.
