Installation Instructions for V13H010L96 Replacement Lamp

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver (Phillips head) - for removing the screws on the projector's lamp cover.
2. Clean Cloth - to handle the new lamp and prevent fingerprints.
3. Anti-static Wrist Strap (optional) - to prevent static damage to electronic components.

Installation Steps:

1. Power Off the Projector:

   • Ensure the projector is turned off and unplugged from the power source. Allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes if it was in use.

2. Prepare the Workspace:

   • Clear your workspace and ensure you have adequate lighting. Lay down a clean cloth to prevent any scratches on the projector's surface.

3. Remove the Lamp Cover:

   • Using the Phillips screw headdriver, locate and carefully remove the screws holding the lamp cover in place. Keep the screws in a safe location for reinstallation.

4. Take Out the Old Lamp:

   • Gently pull the old lamp out of the projector. Be cautious not to apply too much force, as the lamp may still be hot if recently used.

5. Install the New Lamp:

   • Take the V13H010L96 replacement lamp out of its packaging while using a clean cloth to handle it. Align the lamp with the connector in the projector and gently push it into place until it fits securely.

6. Replace the Lamp Cover:

   • Carefully position the lamp cover back onto the projector and secure it using the screws you removed earlier.

7. Power On the Projector:

   • Plug the projector back into the power source and turn it on.
   • Follow any on-screen prompts to reset the lamp timer (if applicable).

8. Test the New Lamp:

   • Once powered on, check the image quality and ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
