Installation Instructions for 50x63x11 Fork Oil Seal Dust Cover

Required Tools:

• Allen wrench (3mm or 4mm)
• Torx screwdriver (if applicable)
  *Needle-nose pliers
• Rubber gloves (optional)
  *Cleaning cloth or brush

Step 1: Prepare the Fork

1. Remove any dirt or debris from the fork area using a cleaning cloth or brush.
2. If your motorcycle has a fork with a dust cover, remove it first.

Step 2: Remove the Old Seal

1. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the nut that holds the old seal in place.
2. Carefully pull out the old seal and discard it.

Step 3: Install the New Seal

1. Take the new seal and align it with the fork leg.
2. Use the Allen wrench to secure the new seal in place by tightening the nut.
3. Make sure the seal is properly seated and the nut is tightened securely.

Step 4: Reinstall the Dust Cover

1. If you removed a dust cover, reinstall it now.
2. Make sure it is securely fastened with screws or clips.

Step 5: Check and Test

1. Inspect the seal for any signs of damage or misalignment.
2. Test the fork by compressing and releasing it several times to ensure the seal is working properly.
