Product Installation Instructions for 4PCS Fuel Injector Spray Nozzle

Compatible Models:

Tools Needed:

1. Socket Set:

   • Suitable sizes for removing engine components (usually 10mm or 12mm sockets).

2. Wrench Set:

   • For securing bolts and nuts.

3. Screwdrivers:

   • Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers for clamps and covers.

4. Pliers:

   • To remove any hoses or clamps holding the fuel injectors.

5. Torque Wrench:

   • To ensure bolts are tightened to the correct specifications.

6. Fuel Line Disconnect Tool:

   • To safely detach fuel lines without spills.

7. Shop Towels:

   • For cleaning spills and wiping down components.

8. Safety Goggles:

   • To protect your eyes during installation.

9. Gloves:

   • To protect your hands from fuel or engine components.

Installation Steps:

1. Safety First:

   • Ensure the engine is cool, and disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues.

2. Access the Fuel Injector:

   • Remove any necessary components that may be obstructing access to the fuel injector rail (intake manifold, covers, etc.).

3. Disconnect Fuel Lines:

   • Use the fuel line disconnect tool to safely detach the fuel lines connected to the injectors.

4. Remove Old Fuel Injectors:

   • Unfasten the bolts securing the fuel rail and remove the old injectors from the rail.

5. Install New Fuel Injectors:

   • Lubricate the O-rings of the new fuel injectors with a small amount of engine oil.
   • Gently install the new injectors into the fuel rail, ensuring they are seated correctly.

6. Reattach Fuel Rail:

   • Position the fuel rail back onto the engine and fasten it securely with the original bolts.

7. Reconnect Fuel Lines:

   • Carefully reconnect the fuel lines to their respective fittings on the injectors.

8. Reassemble Engine Components:

   • Replace any parts or covers that were removed earlier.

9. Reconnect Battery:

   • Reconnect the battery and check for any leaks or issues.

10. Test Run:

    • Start the engine and monitor its performance for any irregularities. Check for fuel leaks around the injectors.
