Product Installation Instructions for 50cc Kick Start P Gear

Tools Required:

1. Socket Set (including 8mm and 10mm sockets)
2. Torque Wrench
3. Phillips and Flathead Screwdrivers
4. Adjustable Wrench
5. Pliers
   6.Clean Cloth
6. Loctite or Thread Locker (optional)
7. Safety Goggles
   9.Gloves

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure you have all the tools listed above.
   • Wear safety goggles and gloves for protection.

2. Remove the Seat/Panel:

   • Remove any seat or side panel covering the starter assembly to access the kick start gear.

3. Disconnect Battery (if applicable):

   • If your model has a battery, disconnect it to prevent any electrical issues during installation.

4. Remove the Old Kick Start Gear:

   • Use the socket set to remove any bolts securing the kick start gear.
   • Carefully pull out the old gear, ensuring not to damage surrounding components.

5. Clean the Area:

   • Wipe the area with a clean cloth to remove any debris or grease before installing the new gear.

6. Install the New Kick Start P Gear:

   • Align the new kick start gear properly with the engine.
   • Insert the gear and secure it with the bolts removed earlier.
   • Use a torque wrench to ensure bolts are tightened to the manufacturer’s specifications.

7. Reconnect Battery (if applicable):

   • If you disconnected the battery, reconnect it at this point.

8. Reassemble and Test:

   • Replace any panels or seat removed earlier.
   • Start the engine to test the new kick start gear for proper function.

9. Final Check:

   • Ensure all tools are removed from the workspace.
   • Check for any loose bolts and ensure everything is secure.
