Installation Instructions for 38x50x11 Front Fork Suspension Oil Seal

Tools Required:

  2. Screwdriver set (flathead and Phillips)

  4. Torque wrench
  5. Soft mallet or hammer (with a soft material head)

Installation Steps:

  1. Preparation:

    • Ensure the vehicle is on a stable and level surface.
    • Use a clean cloth to wipe any dirt or debris from the front fork assembly.
  2. Remove the Front Wheel:

    • Using the socket wrench, loosen and remove the axle nut.
    • Carefully slide the front wheel out of the fork.
  3. Access the Forks:

    • Depending on your model, you may need to remove the fender and calipers to access the fork assembly.
    • Use the screwdriver and socket wrench as needed to remove these components.
  4. Remove the Old Oil Seal:

    • Carefully pry out the old oil seal using a flathead screwdriver or pliers.
