Installation Requirements:

Tools Needed:

1. Socket wrench set (including 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm sockets)
2. Screwdriver set (flathead and Phillips)
3. Torque wrench
4. Pliers
5. Wire cutters/strippers
6. Electrical tape
   7.Clean cloth or rag

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface and turned off.
   • Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical short circuits.

2. Removing the Old Components:

   • Use the socket wrench to remove any screws or bolts securing the existing ignition coil and flywheel.
   • Carefully detach the old ignition coil and flywheel rotor while taking note of the wiring connections for reference.

3. Installing the New Ignition Coil and Flywheel Rotor:

   • Align the new ignition coil and flywheel rotor with the mounting points.
   • Secure them in place with the bolts you removed earlier, tightening them to the manufacturer's specified torque using the torque wrench.

4. Reconnecting Wiring:

   • Refer to your notes from the previous wiring connections, and connect the new ignition coil according to the original wiring scheme.
   • Use wire cutters to strip any insulation if necessary, and secure the connections with electrical tape.

5. Final Checks:

   • Recheck all connections and ensure everything is properly secured.
   • Reconnect the battery.
