Installation Instructions for Replacement Black Toner Cartridge (Kyocera TK-3442)

Compatible with: ECOSYS PA6000x and MA6000ifx Laser Printers

Tools Required:

1. Clean Cloth or Paper Towel: To keep your hands and workspace clean.
2. Plastic Gloves (Optional): To avoid direct contact with toner material.
3. Flat Surface: To place the printer securely while installing the toner.

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare Your Workspace:

   • Ensure your printer is turned off and unplugged.
   • Clear a flat surface to work on.

2. Remove the Existing Toner Cartridge:

   • Open the printer's front cover to access the toner compartment.
   • Carefully pull out the existing toner cartridge. Dispose of it properly if it is no longer usable.

3. Unpack the New Toner Cartridge:

   • Take the new Replacement Black Toner Cartridge out of its packaging.
   • Gently shake the toner cartridge from side to side to distribute the toner evenly inside.

4. Remove Protective Seals:

   • Remove any protective seals or tape from the toner cartridge to prepare it for installation.

5. Install the New Toner Cartridge:

   • Align the toner cartridge with the tracks inside the printer.
   • Slide the toner cartridge into place until you hear a click, indicating it is securely installed.

6. Close the Printer Cover:

   • Close the front cover of the printer firmly to ensure it is sealed properly.

7. Power On the Printer:

   • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
   • Run a test print to ensure the toner cartridge is installed correctly and the print quality meets your expectations.

Important Notes:

• Dispose of used toner cartridges in accordance with local regulations.
• Always keep the toner cartridges out of reach of children and pets.
• Store the toner cartridge in a cool and dry place until installation.
