Installation Guide for Carburetor Repair Kit Set

Compatible Models: FS55, FS55R, FS55RC, KM55, HL45, KM55R, FS38

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver Set:

   • Flathead screwdriver
   • Phillips screwdriver

2. Wrench Set:

   • Adjustable wrench
   • Socket wrench (if applicable)

3. Pliers:

   • Needle-nose pliers
   • Standard pliers

4. Fuel Line Cutter:

   • Sharp cutting tool to ensure clean cuts on fuel lines.

5. Safety Gear:

   • Work gloves for protection
   • Safety goggles to protect eyes

6. Clean Cloth or Rag:

   • For wiping off fuel spills and cleaning components.

7. Container for Fuel:

   • To safely store old fuel during the repair process.

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Workspace:

   • Ensure your workspace is clean and well-ventilated. Gather all necessary tools before beginning.

2. Remove the Air Filter Cover:

   • Use the appropriate screwdriver to remove screws securing the air filter cover.

3. Disconnect the Old Fuel Lines:

   • Use pliers to gently pull off the old fuel lines from the carburetor. Cut them if necessary using a fuel line cutter.

4. Install New Fuel Lines:

   • Follow the instructions in the kit to properly install the new fuel lines. Ensure they are securely connected.

5. Replace the Carburetor:

   • Remove the old carburetor following the kit instructions, then install the new one by aligning it correctly and securing it with screws.

6. Reconnect the Air Filter:

   • Replace the air filter cover and secure it with the screws.

7. Check for Leaks:

   • Before starting the engine, check all connections and ensure there are no fuel leaks.
