Installation Instructions for Projector Lamp Replacement

Compatible Models:

Tools Needed:
Before you begin, please gather the following tools:

1. Screwdriver (usually a Phillips head)
2. Clean, lint-free cloth
3. Safety goggles (optional, for protection)

Installation Steps:

1. Turn Off the Projector:
   Make sure the projector is completely powered off and unplugged from the electrical outlet. Allow it to cool down if it has been in use.

2. Remove the Lamp Cover:
   Using the screwdriver, carefully remove the screws securing the lamp cover. Keep these screws in a safe place as you will need them to reattach the cover later.

3. Disconnect the Old Lamp:
   Gently unscrew or unclip the old lamp assembly from its housing. Be careful not to touch the glass of the old lamp with your fingers, as oils from your skin can affect its performance.

4. Prepare the New Lamp:
   Take your new projector lamp out of its packaging. Using the lint-free cloth, handle the new lamp by its housing to avoid contact with the glass.

5. Install the New Lamp:
   Insert the new lamp into the projector, ensuring it fits securely into place. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for securing it correctly.

6. Reattach the Lamp Cover:
   Align the lamp cover back into place and secure it with the screws you previously removed.

7. Power On the Projector:
   Plug the projector back into the power outlet. Turn it on and check to see if the new lamp is functioning correctly.

8. Dispose of the Old Lamp:
   Follow local regulations for proper disposal of the old projector lamp, considering environmental safety.
