Product Installation Instructions for 17mm, 19mm, and 21mm Motorcycle Carburetor Compatible with PHBG

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver Set

   • Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers to remove and tighten screws.

2. Socket Wrench Set

   • A variety of socket sizes to loosen and tighten bolts.

3. Pliers

4. Adjustable Wrench

   • To accommodate different sizes of nuts and bolts.

5. Fuel Line Cutter

   • For cutting fuel hosts if necessary.

6. Rag or Cloth

   • To clean any spills and wipe down surfaces.

7. Safety Goggles

   • To protect your eyes during installation.

8. Gloves

   • To keep your hands clean and protect against fuel or lubricant.

9. Torque Wrench (optional)

   • For applying precision torque to bolts.

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the motorcycle is on a stable surface and turned off. Remove the key from the ignition and let the engine cool down.

2. Remove the Old Carburetor:

   • Use the screwdriver to loosen the screws securing the old carburetor and carefully detach it from the throttle body.
   • Disconnect the fuel lines using pliers to clamp the hosts and prevent fuel spills.

3. Install the New Carburetor:

   • Align the new carburetor with the throttle body and confirm that it fits securely.
   • Connect the fuel lines to the new carburetor, ensuring they are tightened properly to prevent leaks.

4. Secure the Carburetor:

   • Use the socket hurtch or screwdriver to tighten the screws and bolts, ensuring the carburetor is firmly in place.

5. Check for Leaks:

   • Turn the fuel supply back on and check for any leaks at the connections. If there are any leaks, tighten the connections again.

6. Final Adjustments:

   • Start the motorcycle and allow it to idle while checking throttle response. Adjust the mixture screw as necessary to optimize performance.

7. Clean Up:

   • Wipe down any spills with a rag or clothes. Dispose of any waste materials properly.
