Product Installation Instructions for 25.4MM Centrifugal Fun Clutch

Tools Required:

1. Socket Wrench Set – For loosening and tightening bolts.
2. Torque Wrench – To ensure the correct torque specifications are met.
3. Screwdriver Set – For any screws that may need to be removed or adjusted during installation.

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure that your kart or minibike is parked on a flat, stable surface.
   • Disconnect the battery or remove the ignition key for safety.

2. Remove the Old Clutch:

   • Use the socket wrench to remove any bolts securing the old clutch to the engine shaft.
   • Carefully pull off the old clutch, making sure not to damage the engine shaft.

3. Inspect the Engine Shaft:

   • Check the engine shaft for any dirt, debris, or wear. Clean if necessary before installing the new clutch.

4. Install the 25.4MM Centrifugal Fun Clutch:
   -Align the clutch’s 3/4 inch bore onto the engine shaft.

   • Position it correctly for a snug fit, ensuring the 14 teeth are properly engaged with the chain.

5. Secure the Clutch:

   • Use the socket wrench to tighten the bolts to the manufacturer’s torque specifications, ensuring a secure connection.
   • Utilize the torque wrench to confirm that the right torque is applied.

6. Adjust the Chain:

   • If necessary, use the chain breaker tool to adjust the length of the 4208 chain.
   • Reconnect the chain to the clutch and ensure that it has the proper tension.

7. Final Check:

   • Double-check all connections and ensure that everything is tight and secure.
   • Reconnect the battery or insert the ignition key.

8. Test Drive:

   • Perform a short test drive to verify that the clutch operates smoothly and effectively.
