To ensure a smooth installation process, please gather the following tools before you begin:
Prepare the Work Area: Ensure the engine is off and cool. Clear the work area.
Disconnect the Battery: For safety, disconnect the battery before starting any work.
Remove Carburetor: Use your screwdriver and wrench to take off the carburetor from its mounting.
Disassemble the Carburetor: Carefully take apart the necessary sections of the carburetor to access the old metering diaphragm.
Remove the Old Metering Diaphragm: Gently lift out the old diaphragm, ensuring no debris falls into the carburetor assembly.
Install the New Metering Diaphragm: Position the new diaphragm correctly in place, making sure it fits snugly without any gaps.
Reassemble the Carburetor: Put all parts back together in reverse order of disassembly, ensuring tight and secure fitment.
Reconnect Carburetor: Attach the carburetor back to its mounting, using the screws and bolts removed earlier.
Reconnect the Battery: Once everything is in place, reconnect the battery.
Test the Engine: Start the engine and check for any leaks or abnormalities in performance.
