Product Installation Guide:

Compatible Front and Rear Brake Pads for K75 K100 K100RS K1100LT K1100RS K1200RS K1200GT KL1100 R45 R65 R80 R100RS R100RT R1100 Motorcycles

Required Tools:

• Torx screwdriver (T20)
• Phillips screwdriver
• Pliers (for removing old brake pads)
  *Safety glasses
• Work light (optional)
  *Clean rags
• Brake cleaner (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the Area

• Make sure the motorcycle is on a level surface and the parking brake is engaged.
• Remove any accessories or fairings that may obstruct access to the brake calipers.
• Clean the area around the brake calipers and pads with a rag to remove any dirt or debris.

Step 2: Remove Old Brake Pads

• Use pliers to remove the old brake pads from the caliper.
• Take note of the orientation of the old pads and how they were installed.

Step 3: Inspect and Clean the Calipers

• Inspect the calipers for any debris or dirt.
• Use a rag and brake cleaner to clean the calipers if necessary.

Step 4: Install New Brake Pads

• Take the new brake pads and align them with the caliper.
• Make sure they are properly seated and the wear sensor is in place.
• Use the Torx screwdriver to tighten the retaining screw.

Step 5: Reassemble and Bleed the Brakes

• Reattach any accessories or fairings that were removed.
• Bleed the brakes according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Test the brakes to ensure proper function.
