Installation Instructions for Motorcycle Carburetor Intake Manifold

Tools Needed

1. Socket Set: 8mm and 10mm sockets are commonly required.
2. Wrench Set: Adjustable wrench or corresponding size wrenches.
3. Screwdrivers: Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.
4. Torque Wrench: To ensure proper fastening of bolts.
5. Pliers: For holding and bending cables if necessary.
6. Gasket Scraper: To remove old gasket material if applicable.
7. Cleaning Rag: For cleaning surfaces before installation.
8. Safety Gloves: To protect your hands during the process.

Installation Steps

1. Preparation:

   • Make sure the motorcycle is parked on a flat surface and turned off.
   • Disconnect the battery to prevent any electrical issues.

2. Remove the Old Intake Manifold:

   • Use the socket and wrench to carefully remove the screws and bolts holding the existing intake manifold.
   • Remove any old gaskets using the gasket scraper.

3. Clean the Area:

   • Clean the mounting surface of the engine to ensure a proper seal for the new intake manifold.

4. Install the New Intake Manifold:
   -Align the new intake manifold over the mounting holes and ensure a snug fit.
