Product Installation Instructions for Carburetor Replacement

Compatible Models:
OC GS350, GS350C, 935, GS35, GS35C, E MT3500, MT350, and 38CC Chainsaws

Tools Required:

1. Screwdriver Set (Flathead and Phillips)
   2.Wrench Set
2. Pliers
3. Fuel Line Cutter (optional)
   5.Clean Rags
4. Safety Gloves and Goggles
5. Torque Wrench (optional)

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the chainsaw is turned off and the spark plug is disconnected to prevent accidental starting.
   • Wear safety gloves and goggles for protection.

2. Remove the Old Carburetor:

   • Use the screwdriver to loosen and remove any screws securing the air filter cover.
   • Carefully take off the air filter and set it aside.
   • Disconnect the fuel lines from the old carburetor using pliers. If needed, use a fuel line cutter for easier removal.
   • Unscrew the carburetor from the engine using the appropriate wrench or screwdriver.

3. Install the New Carburetor:

   • Position the new carburetor in place of the old one.
   • Secure it with screws, ensuring a tight fit without over-tightening.
   • Reconnect the fuel lines to the new carburetor, making sure they are snug and secure.

4. Reassemble the Chainsaw:

   • Reinstall the air filter and air filter cover, securing them with the screws.
   • Reconnect the spark plug after ensuring everything is tightly assembled.

5. Final Checks:

   • Inspect all connections to ensure they are secure.
   • Clean up any fuel spills with the clean rags.

6. Testing the Chainsaw:

   • Start the chainsaw to check for proper operation.
   • Ensure there are no leaks and that the engine runs smoothly. Adjust if necessary.
